Welcome to Haneen International (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.haneen.com.pk and all transactions related to the purchase of maize and agricultural products from us.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
“Buyer” – Refers to you, the customer or business purchasing our products.
“Products” – Maize (yellow, white, specialty) and related agricultural commodities.
“Order” – A formal purchase request submitted via our website, email, or contract.
2. Ordering & Payment Terms
Purchase Process
Quote Request – Non-binding until confirmed in writing.
Order Confirmation – Requires signed proforma invoice or purchase agreement.
Payment Terms – 30% advance, 70% balance before shipment (unless otherwise agreed).
Accepted Payment Methods
Bank Transfer (TT)
Letter of Credit (LC)
Secure Online Payments (if applicable)
Note: Prices are FOB Karachi unless stated otherwise.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Lead Times
Container Shipments: 10–14 days after payment clearance
Bulk Vessels: 15–30 days (subject to port schedules)
Risk Transfer
Ownership and risk pass to the Buyer upon loading at Karachi Port.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Customs inspections
Force majeure (natural disasters, wars, strikes)
Buyer’s failure to provide documentation
4. Quality Assurance
Product Specifications
All maize meets PSQCA standards unless otherwise specified.
Aflatoxin levels are guaranteed per order confirmation.
Claims & Rejections
Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Requires independent lab report (SGS/BV) for verification.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: 10% cancellation fee.
After Shipment: Non-refundable.
Refunds
Processed within 14 business days for valid claims.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by Haneen International.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption).
Improper storage or handling by Buyer.
Third-party logistics errors.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction: Courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Arbitration: Disputes resolved per Pakistan Arbitration Act.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
